Does anybody know about an accident that happen at Fraser Surrey Dock on the ship?
It happen when there was no dock first aid because under 13 men on the dock and when under 11 for the ship.
So there was no first aid require but when you total up both manning for ship and dock together are over the limit for first aid!
I believe it happen sometime during the month of August 1999 in Fraser Port (New Westminster) local 502 of ILWU.
I think the companies what this keep quiet so that they don't have to change the first aid manning rules during contract talks which are taking place.
